Lebanese heritage, shared through taste.
Traditionally cured goat labneh, small-batch jams, and sun-dried fruits — made the way our grandmothers taught us, in the Bekaa valley.
Slow food, done properly.
Three principles guide every jar we seal — from the milking parlour at dawn to the shelf in your kitchen.
Sustainable Farming
Contemporary practices that balance efficiency with animal welfare and the land — because good food starts with good ground.
Natural Ingredients
No artificial additives, no shortcuts. Just fresh milk, sea salt, extra-virgin olive oil, and the herbs our valley has grown for a thousand years.
Ethical Livestock
Our goats live in humane conditions, feed naturally, and follow their own seasonal rhythms. It shows in every spoonful of the milk they give us.
A pantry, the Lebanese way.
Everything we make begins in one place: the pantries of families who've kept these recipes alive for generations.

A village kitchen, a whole way of eating.
Rashaya Al-Wadi sits high in the West Bekaa, where terraced hillsides give onto orchards of fig and pomegranate.
Folklore LB started in one of those kitchens — a family that had been curing labneh in olive oil for four generations, and decided the recipe was too good to keep on the family shelf.
Today we work with a handful of neighbouring farms, all within thirty minutes of our workshop. Every jar carries the taste of that place: the herbs that grow wild between the vines, the goats that graze the ridge above the valley, the oil pressed from trees older than most nations.
Come sit at our sofra.
A morning table set the way it always has been — labneh, olives, warm bread and the strong tea to wash it all down.
Our café in Rashaya serves a traditional Lebanese breakfast board built entirely around the goods you'll find in our shop. Bring friends. Take your time. Ask for a refill of tea.
